Traditionally every election season, the University of the Virgin Islands through an external company facilitates multiple polls up until the general election. These polls are administered to random persons in the territory via online and phone interviews and interactive automated phone calls. The information is then compiled, providing the predictions for the gubernatorial and senatorial races.

To that end, UVI Institute for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (ILOE) and VI Tech Stack, an RTPark Company, organized two electoral polls to gather the opinions and consensus of the Virgin Islands community.  The first electoral poll results are as of October 1 and can be found above and here, while the results as of October 30 can be found above and here.
